Members and non-members can join us at the Dance Masters of Canada Members Rejuvenation Workshop on the evening of Saturday, November 2nd, 2024. A Groundforce Technique class will be taught at 5:00pm by Donna Bender followed by other insightful classes, and a cocktail reception.

The event will be held at Rhythm Plus Dance Company, Stoney Creek, ON from 4:30-9:00pm.
