Injury Prevention Workshop
Join us this January for a one-off workshop where Miss D will work through different injury prevention tactics and tools to help keep your dancer safe, happy and healthy this dance and competition season. The better prepared the body is, the better it can perform and endure the physical demands that are required.

12:30pm-2:30pm for dancers 13 & over

GFT Teacher Certification: Level 1 (ONLINE INTENSIVE)
Join us online this summer for our Level 1 GFT Teacher Certification course. This course consists of six modules that will be taught by Miss Donna over 4 intensive days of learning, July 14-17th, 2025. Join us on Zoom from the comfort and convenience of your own home or studio this summer and level up your teaching.
This course includes a written manual for each module and supplementary videos for future teaching reference. Additionally, our teachers have access to our online GFT teacher community for ongoing mentorship and the opportunity to stay connected with other course participants as you learn and grow together.
*Option to do a self-guided study through video recordings of each sessions is available upon request!

Join us in the studio this summer for our in-person Level 1 GFT Teacher Certification course. This course consists of six modules that will be taught by Miss Donna over a 3-day intensive training.

Dance Masters of Canada - Members Rejuvenation Workshop
Members and non-members can join us at the Dance Masters of Canada Members Rejuvenation Workshop on the evening of Saturday, November 2nd, 2024. A Groundforce Technique class will be taught at 5:00pm by Donna Bender followed by other insightful classes, and a cocktail reception.
The event will be held at Rhythm Plus Dance Company, Stoney Creek, ON from 4:30-9:00pm.

GFT Teacher Certification: Level 1 (online)
Join us online this Fall for our 6x3 Level 1 GFT Teacher Certification course. This course consists of six modules that will be taught by Miss Donna in three hours sessions running for six consecutive weeks, starting October 23rd, 2024 through December 4th, 2024 (Please Note: there will be no session on November 27th). Join us on Zoom from the comfort and convenience of your own home or studio on Wednesdays from 10:00am-1:00pm EST.
This course includes a written manual for each module and supplementary videos for future teaching reference. Additionally, our teachers have access to our online GFT teacher community for ongoing mentorship and the opportunity to stay connected with other course participants as you learn and grow together.

PAEC - Dynamic Fall Dance Intensive
Donna Bender, Founder and Director of GFT, will be hosting Ballet Technique class at 9:00am for Junior/Elementary level and 10:00am for Intermediate/Senior level students at PAEC’s (Performing Arts Educators of Canada) Dynamic Fall Dance Intensive. Dancers and teachers, join Miss D and other amazing educators for a full day of classes! This workshop will be held at Creative Edge Dance Studio in Burlington, ON.

GFT Student Summer Intensive
Join us in July for our student summer intensive! Students will up their training with daily GFT classes and have the opportunity to apply what they learn in other styles taught by outstanding guest teachers in the industry.
